A graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne, Arika has served in the nonprofit world for almost a decade. She has supported organizations in managing grants, sponsorships, volunteers and event planning.
As a parent of a child who also relies on nonprofit services, Arika understands firsthand the impact nonprofit organizations have on families’ lives. This motivates her to show up everyday with empathy, respect, and a strong commitment to the cause.

Arika plays for Live Like Lou because she recognizes the power of community and the comfort that brings families knowing they are not alone in their journey. She is inspired by the foundation's mission to bring hope and raise awareness, while standing alongside others who share the same heart for service.
Off the Field 🏟️
Arika and her husband have three children (and three dogs) who she is most likely chasing around in her free time. Exploring new parks, zoo trips, picnics and any outdoor activity with her family is what Arika enjoys the most.
