A graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne, Arika served Hear Indiana in database management and front-facing development roles. She supported the organization’s CEO in managing grants and sponsorships and coordinating Hear Indiana’s fiftieth-anniversary gala.
Arika and her husband live in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area with their son, Kaius.
