Applications for Live Like Lou's Quality-of-Life grants are now open! 

ALS is a financially devastating disease, often making essential expenses challenging to afford. Live Like Lou’s Quality-of-Life Grants fund critical home modifications, assistive technology, essential services, and meaningful activities for children and dependents up to $2,500. Check out the list of eligible expenses below!

Up to $2,500 is available for registered Live Like Lou families through November 17, 2025. Recipients must share photos and a narrative about the funds granted by Live Like Lou within six months of receipt. With limited funds currently available, previous Live Like Lou Home Improvement or Quality-of-Life Grant recipients are ineligible to reapply.

• Monday, December 22—Grant application closes
• February 2026—Recipients notified
