May is ALS Awareness Month. As the month continues, we reflect on our recent milestone event, where we united on May 2 to honor Lou Gehrig's legacy by wearing #Blue4Lou. The Live Like Lou team was thrilled to see the participation and photos roll in from our community! Have pictures of you or your family wearing blue? Send them to Lydia on our team!

Stay tuned to Live Like Lou's social media for education, resources, and news to bolster the ALS community. Share our posts with your network to help spread awareness for this disease.

Live Like Lou is excited to share the launch of Lou's Crew! Inspired by the crew that wrapped their arms around Lou Gehrig and supported him upon receiving his fatal ALS diagnosis, you too can join the team to promote ALS awareness, raise money for ALS research, and leave ALS better than we found it. Raise $444 during the calendar year, and earn a well-deserved spot as a proud member of Lou's Crew.

Together, let's make a difference and create positive change in our ALS community. Are you up for the challenge? Join Lou's Crew today!

In case you missed it, follow Live Like Lou on social media and you’ll have a chance to win a Base 4 Trucker Hat. With your new Live Like Lou merch, you'll be ready to represent Lou at our Lou Gehrig Day games and help create awareness for ALS. Be sure you’re following us and comment or tag a friend before May 24 to win!

We’ll be back next month with even more good news. Thank you for being interested in the Live Like Lou Foundation and our work to leave ALS better than we found it.
