Before joining Live Like Lou, Emily spent several years with Phi Delta Theta Fraternity as Senior Director of Chapter Support. There, she led a cross-functional team serving more than 200 undergraduate chapters nationwide, driving improvements in member education, chapter accountability, volunteer engagement, and leadership development.
Off the Field 🏟️
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University with minors in Disability Studies and Community-Based Leadership, and a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina. Throughout her career, she has specialized in building data-informed programs, leadership development, and volunteer engagement. Emily is also a two-time member of Lou’s Crew, helping raise funds to support ALS families.
